Join us for a deeply nourishing 6-night / 7-day yoga and breathwork retreat on the Black Sea coast in Kvariati, Georgia—a hidden gem where mountains meet the sea.

This retreat is created for those seeking balance, clarity, and renewal through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and time in nature. Each day includes two yoga classes (morning and evening) and a guided breathwork session, suitable for all levels. Practices support strength, flexibility, relaxation, and inner awareness.

You’ll stay in a comfortable seaside hotel located just steps from the beach, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools for rest and recovery.
